Maxons wiper rolls are with superb wiping properties, and are commonly used in automated production lines in highly critical manufacturing environments (ISO Class 4 - 5 / Cleanroom Class 10 - 100). These wiper rolls are microfiber fabrics made of polyester and nylon, with edges heat-sealed or ultrasonic sealed, and laundered in DI water before packed. As they are designed to meet specific cleaning requirements for flat panel display manufacturing, width and length of our roller wipers are to be custom-made to suit your needs.
