Cleanroom Wipers

Maxons knitted/woven wipers are most widely used in highly critical environments (ISO Class 4 - 5 / Cleanroom Class 10 - 100) and industries that require the highest level of contamination control such as semiconductor, microelectronics, flat panel display, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and food processing. Our knitted/woven wipers are available in 100% polyester, cotton, and a blend of polyester and nylon fibers, in a large variety of weights, finishes and edge treatments. These fabrics are manufactured and laundered in DI water, dried, cut and packed in our ISO Class 4 cleanroom (Cleanroom Class 10).

Our non-woven wipers, on the other hand, offer an excellent solution for environments with lower particle control requirements (ISO Class 6 - 7 / Cleanroom Class 1,000 - 10,000). They are made of polyester/cellulose, polyester/rayon, polyester/nylon, polypropylene, PVA foam, or polyurethane foam; ideal for general cleaning and spill control.
